This not only speeds up the air-drying process but also gives them their signature crispy-chewy texture. Spiced with chili for a bold, fiery finish, the result is a lean, protein-packed snack that delivers more heat than traditional biltong.

- Red Wine Vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Spices (Coriander, Pepper)
We pride ourselves on using no artificial flavors, nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt), soy, gluten, or MSG.
What is Biltong?
Biltong is a traditional South African air-dried beef snack that dates back over 400 years. Unlike jerky (which is cooked), biltong is marinated in vinegar and spices, then gently air-dried for 5-7 days. The result is tender, flavorful beef snack high in protein and low in sugar.
Is biltong raw or cooked?
Biltong is cured and air-dried, not raw. The vinegar marinade and controlled air-drying process naturally preserves the meat, making it shelf-stable and safe to eat without cooking.
Is biltong safe to eat?
Yes! Biltong has been safely consumed for over 400 years using traditional curing and air-drying methods. The vinegar and salt naturally eliminate bacteria and preserve the meat while the controlled drying process removes moisture content to lengthen shelf life.

All of our products are processed and shipped from our USDA-approved facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Has quite literally changed my life lol. I am obsessed with this product. I find myself sneaking slices constantly throughout the day. It is DELICIOUS. I had been craving a salty simple smear snack and jerky just had too much seasoning, I wanted to taste the meat and this was everything I never knew I needed but now I don’t know if I can live without it!
Delicious delicious delicious. Just don't call it beef jerky, so much better and natural flavoring. Only thing is once you get hooked you need to have it nearby all the time, super good.
